Just to say … I’m back and these two great events are happening!

I’m just about to rush off for a meeting but I just wanted to post a quick update to get a couple of things on your radar.

When I say I’m back that’s because we’ve just had a fabulous break away in Fuerteventura (I don’t want to make you too jealous so I won’t post a picture … no, I’m a horrible person, so here’s one!)

So it’s back to work now and I’m preparing for two excellent events in the next few days

First, on Sunday …
Brockenhurst Village Hall wedding fair. It’s FREE entry and there will be plenty of great wedding experts on hand to chat to. I understand there will also be a welcome drink and a goodie bag. Brockenhurst Village Hall is in Highwood Road and the postcode is SO42 7RY.

Then on Wednesday evening I’m hosting another of my “Your The Man” Bridegroom’s workshops, which isn’t really a workshop at all. It’s just an evening for the gentleman when I run through their responsibilities and help them with great ideas so that everybody thinks they are a “top bloke”. I could tell you more but then I’d have to kill you – so, if you know anyone who might be interested (even if they aren’t my client and don’t need a DJ) tell them to email me paul@thepartydj.co.uk and I’ll tell them more.

I actually haver lots to tell you but I’ll get to the other stuff later I just wanted to let you know about these two great events before I went to my meeting ~ Cheers! x

April is looking like a busy month with lots of planning meetings, weddings, and much more! Here are four special events for your diary.

Sunday 12th April ~ Filming
You’ve probably seen some of the footage I’ve been sharing of my fabulous clients talking about their wedding experiences. Well we’re shooting some more on Sunday 12th of this month, so if you are one of my clients (wedding or party) and you can spare half an hour I’d love to get you on video too.     This Sunday I’m at The Winchester Guildhall Weeding Fair between 10:30 am and 3pm – I’d love to see you.

    However, the main reason for this post is to tell you about another Wedding Fair at Ampfield Golf Club (between Winchester and Romsey).

    I’m one of the founding members of this group, unfortunately I’d already booked to be at the Winchester Guildhall event but my colleagues Alan and Gary from The Party Hosts will be there.

    Happy New Year dear reader!

    Since a crazy NYE party in the Forest I’ve been getting ready for the busy Wedding Fair season which starts this Sunday. I’ll be at the Ageas Bowl (The Rose Bowl ~ the home of Hampshire Cricket) this Sunday. As well as exhibiting I’ll also be providing the music for the fashion shows, so if you are looking for ideas for your wedding please come and say hello.

    Sunday 10th ~ Lovely and Vintage Wedding Fayre

    It’s been a very very busy week, especially considering that I don’t have a booking this weekend. I’ve had meetings with two couples whose weddings are fast approaching and two more with couples who have now booked me to play at their weddings.

    Gary, my colleague from The Party Hosts and I also had a very exciting meeting with a very prestigious venue to talk about mood lighting and entertainment. Meanwhile Alan, the other Party Host, has been in Vegas at the annual DJ convention and training with the amazing Mark and Rebecca Ferrell – Gary and I have to wait until May for our next sessions with mark and Rebecca when they visit the UK again.

    I’m eally looking forward to my first wedding fayre with Lovely and Vintage on Sunday at Victoria House in Hamble. I was over that way yesterday visiting one of my new couples and it was great to see some nice big yellow signs directing people to the event. Gary’s at the Southend Barn’s wedding fayre So come and say hello ~ bonus points if you come and see BOTH of us!
