As the year heads to a close Life Sounds better to music in November. Every month there is still great new music release – OK, some of the tracks I pick are remixes or remade new versions of old songs, but there are also plenty of brand new songs too. This month I’ve picked three new songs, two remakes, and one remix, and I love them all!

When Laura burst on to the scene in 2012 she picked a couple of MOBO’s and a Mercury nomination, not bad for a former music supply teacher. I really like the eighties “When The Going Get’s Tough” vibe on this one.

And then, right at the wire, this one crashed onto my radar … what a fantastic version of a beautiful song. The original was Stephanie Mills.

That’s November done and I already know there still a few more to come before we tumble into 2022.
