Walk All Over Cancer Weekend Two

Walk All Over Cancer Weekend Two saw the step counter click past 100,000 steps. Let me say that again … one hundred thousand steps in ten days.

I’ve actually managed over 10,000 steps every day since Tuesday and feel I may have found my rhythm – OH NO … did I just say that out loud!

On Saturday I went out in the afternoon and managed just over the 10,000. Sunday I was out earlier and took a walk to Costa and back… and yes I did have a coffee. The temperatures are starting to rise and I may be able to ditch the coat and fleece “3 way” combination soon – I hope so, it weighs a ton!

Both days were fairly grey so I didn’t take many pictures – the one above of the moss all over the roots of the tree looked far more dramatic when I first saw it – but then the sun went in.

The soundtrack for Walk All Over Cancer Weekend Two … well Saturday I was listening to the Newcastle Vs Saints match, so the less said about that the better. On Sunday I picked a 2014 Defected Records compilation mix by Dimitri from Paris which kept my step rate up 😉
