Good Friday, Walk All Over Cancer Challenge.

Day 6 WAOC March 2018… that’s day six of my Walk All Over Cancer challenge if you haven’t been paying attention.

Like far too many people our lives have been hit by cancer and I’m glad to add my support to the work done by Cancer Research UK.

Finding two hours in a day to walk is proving difficult especially with the recent weather but today (fanfare please) …
I finally managed it and have started to make inroads to the deficit that has built up over the first five days of the month.

I was out this morning earlier than previous days, did some work and dropped off a box of fliers to the PMN Wedding Fayres offices (CLICK HERE to find out more about their excellent fares where you’ll get my brilliant brochure in your goodie bag), saw my daughter and her fiancé, and then went out for another walk. Here are a couple of “out and about” snaps.

As for my listening, today was a podcast day and I listened to two of my favourites. I’m not going to talk about them today, I’ll save that for another time.

Sunday 17th April ~ Elmers Court Wedding Fayre

Elmers Court Wedding DJ

This Sunday it’s the first PMN Wedding Fayre at Elmers Court.

I’ve been fortunate to DJ some really lovely weddings at Elmers Court. It’s a beautiful setting with a rare mix of the New Forest and the coast. Outdoor ceremonies there are absolutely gorgeous and I’ve always found the team to be very helpful. As of yet I don’t have any bookings in the diary for Elmers Court at present so fingers crossed for some good enquiries on Sunday.

I know I keep saying I’m going to post more …

BUT this time I really am!

It’s been an amazing Wedding season for me this year, I still have at least one more to come and I feel so lucky to have played a part in so many amazing days.  I meet most of my clients at Wedding Fairs and this weekend there’s another one, this time at Southampton Grand Harbour.  It starts at 10:30 in the morning and finishes at 3:30 in the afternoon and I’ll be talking to lots of couples and giving out my beautiful packs full of information about wedding entertainment planning – so if your coming please stop and say hello.

My Last Wedding Fair Of 2012

Sorry, I’ve been a bit quiet this week … man-flu 🙁

I’ve also been very busy preparing for this weeks wedding at the fabulous DeVere New Place, which coincidentally is the venue for our last wedding fair of 2012 on Sunday.

The event is staged by our friends Paul and Karen from PMN Wedding Fairs. Doors open between 11:30am and 4pm and Ce and I will be in the Arden Suite so please come and say hello!


This Sunday ~ 11th March ~ DeVere New Place Wedding Fayre

I’ve only got a couple more wedding events scheduled for this Spring, the first is on Sunday at the New Place in Shirrell Heath. I was last their in November and we had a fantastic day and met many lovely couples, some of whom are now clients, I’m sure this one will be even better.

Sunday 4th September ~ Botley Park

Tomorrow (Sunday 4th September) is my first wedding fair of the Autumn season. This one is with PMN who always run excellent events and I’m really looking forward to meeting lots of new couples planning their special day.

It’s at the MacDonald Botley Park Hotel, and the doors open at 10.30am and close at 3.30pm, so there’s plenty of time to have a good look around.
