Not all DJ’s are DJ’s!

Just a really quick post.

This was shared with me by a good friend from the world of wedding entertainment.

I often tell people that anyone can be a DJ and that many people do it as a hobby alongside their real job. I have no problem with that at all, BUT beware a proper DJ will always offer you a contract.

Here’s a story from the States about a DJ who didn’t turn up for a couples wedding. I frequently hear stories of frantic phone calls from people who’s DJ hasn’t turned up, or has let them down just a few days before their event – I’ve actually had calls from people who have been let down like that.
