I thought I’d go back to basics and recycle a video I made a while ago for couples who had just got engaged.

I believe a great wedding can draw many comparisons with a great film – and most great movies have a fantastic soundtrack, especialy created to enhance the experience. To me, the most important piece of music at a wedding is what’s being played as the Bride enters the ceremony for her “processional” – it sets the tone for the whole day – there should be goose-bumps, tears of joy and lots of smiles. Music can really help with this and helping with moments like this are why I have become more and more involved in weddings over the years.

Spring Bridegroom’s Events

My FREE Spring Bridegroom’s Events are fast approaching. I believe these evenings can help guys understand what’s going to happen at their wedding and how they can really make sure their Bride-To-Be has the best day possible – I wish EVERYBODY would take the opportunity to attend! The dates are Thursday 3rd and Tuesday 8th March

Although it’s called a workshop it’s really just a couple of hours with a beer or a cuppa talking through a few basic ideas that could make all the difference. Bridegroom’s are encouraged to bring their Best Man and/or Ushers.

Among the tips there will be plenty of great advice on how to deliver a brilliant speech and there will be time to ask questions about any concerns you may have.

These two special evenings are being held on Thursday 3rd (very limited spaces) and Tuesday 8th March, that’s this Thursday and then again next Tuesday. Doors open at 7pm for a 7:30 start and we should be finished by 9:30 – There’s even a “Top Secret” booklet to take away.

These are the only two planned Bridegroom’s events until the Autumn.

So gentlemen, it’s just two hours of one evening to help you get it right on a day that you’ll remember for the rest of your life, – so don’t miss out!

Your Grand Entrance

What is “Your Grand Entrance” and what will yours look like?

My ABC/123 video series where I try and give simple advice to help you plan a great celebration of your love has returned!  

In the series I’ve been working through a typical wedding timeline sharing my thoughts and episode 17 is about what I call “Your Grand Entrance.

As I say, this is still just the beginning, I’ve been working on various different options and ideas to help create amazing Grand Entrances … maybe I’ll post some more ideas soon.

Creating Your WOW Wedding Evening Next Tuesday

The final “Creating Your WOW Wedding Evening” of 2015 is being held next Tuesday at Ampfield Golf Club.

I knocked together this video a few days ago to promote the event. It features a few stills from the February evening we hosted at Ampfield and some of the couples who were there have now had their weddings incorporating ideas they got that night.

If you are planning your wedding this event is a must.

Doors open at 7pm for a 7:30 start and will finish by around 9:30. There is plenty of parking and a reasonably priced bar.  Please pass on details of this event to anyone you know who might be interested, it’s FREE to attend but spaces should be reserved …

How to be a WOW Bridegroom!

The problem is nobody tells you what to expect and how to make the most of your big day ~ wouldn’t you like to find out how to be  a WOW Bridegroom?

When I got married I was told to be at the church 45 minutes before kick off and then do as I was told. It went fine but now I understand how it could have been even better.  I’ve also been a Best Man and an Usher and looking back I know I missed opportunities to really help. Now that was before the internet and there wasn’t much help available, now there is plenty of information to hand – maybe too much!
