As you plan your wedding we strongly encourage you to put your own personal mark on every single aspect - put your fingerprints on every page. You choose colours, flowers, dresses and the like, and we believe the soundtrack to your big day should be as individual as you are. The whole of your wedding day can be enriched by music, not just at the evening reception party. You can select the music for your arrivals, wedding ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, early evening as well as the party. This gives you the opportunity to include all kinds of music - not just dance and party tunes.

Involving The Whole Crowd

Paul will also encourage you to think about the musical styles that your friends and family will enjoy. He'll help you involve parents and grandparents, aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces, the hens and the stags... For example, many wedding couples choose Rat Pack style swing to accompany their wedding breakfast; others go with a chilled Ibiza feel.

There are numerous other ways to personalise your wedding with The Party DJ. For instance, we often feature our version of the popular Mr & Mrs game which we call "Getting To Know You". It's a great ice-breaker and creates an atmosphere of fun and love.

The First Dance

Usually the First Dance is an important feature at wedding celebrations and we will make sure this is exactly how you want it to be. We'll liaise with your photographer to make sure they get the perfect picture, and we can add a sprinkling of bubbles if you want them.

If you want to do something really special for the first dance at your wedding, we can put you in touch with a choreographer and work with you to stage it to perfection! Or, if you're a little shy and just want a quick turn around the floor, inviting your guests to join you as soon as possible, we can arrange that too.
